Cien.

"Would you mind standing over there, in that patch of grass that looks like snakes live in?" "How do you feel about sitting against that wall. Yes, the one next to all that smelly trash." "Can you remove your shoes? I like when women are barefoot. Think it'll make for a fun shot. Ready go!"

These are things I often say to my clients. I'd like to think that they hire me for my creative eye and trust what I'm doing but I'm positive that at some point during our session, they think "is she nuts?" I'm not going to say that I'm not nuts because well, let's be honest, I'd be lying. And God reads my blog so like, I have to keep it real. I will say that I have some pretty awesome clients that even though they are scared of snakes, don't really like the smell of trash or are germophobic, they still oblige my strange requests.

Last week, while prepping Cassie & Kevin's post, I noticed something big. It was post #99. Which would make this one #100! What? How did that happen so quickly? I really feel like I just started this little adventure yesterday. It was yesterday, right? No? Okay, well it feels like yesterday. And as far as I'm concerned, time is passing far too quickly thankyouverymuch!

I spent the long weekend tossing and turning on what the heck was worthy enough to blog about for my 100th post. I could tell my readers about the cereal that has changed my life. Maybe it'd be cool to share the time that a pedicure saved me from having a bad day. Or, I know, I'll write about how I have wild dreams that I wake up and BAM! My closet is filled with a new Anthropologie wardrobe. Finally, it was my husband who suggested that I do a tribute post to my clients and well, it was perfect.

I just want to say thank you to everyone I've photographed, met, worked with, shot for, etc. Thank you for living. Thank you for loving. Thank you for your connections with one another and for letting me be a small part of your lives. I'm so blessed to have people come into my life as strangers and leave as friends. The following are a few of my favorite frames from the past 100 posts. You can also see how often I changed my mind on sizing and watermarking. Oy. Be patient though, rebranding is in the works. Lots and lots of changes 'round these parts. Anyway, enjoy!
